To celebrate St. Brigid’s Day, Crawford Art Gallery offers a programme of special events! Featuring music, family friendly workshops and specially themed tours.
The Green Room at the Crawford will be open on Monday 6 February, from 10am for Coffee & Scones and lunch from 12 noon to 3pm.
11:00 am Lá Fhéile Bríde Workshop with Rosemary Kavanagh
Join a unique workshop celebrating St. Brigid's Day on Wed, Feb 1 at 11am. Learn traditional basket weaving with expert Rosemary Kavanagh and make St. Brigid crosses using field rushes, bull rushes, and heritage willow. Enjoy tea/coffee and home baking while weaving in the beautiful library setting.
