Rembrandt in Print writing classes with Laura McKenna

Sunday 28th November: 11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm
Wednesday 1st December: 11am-1pm & 2pm-4pm

Join Laura McKenna for a close encounter with the Rembrandt in Print exhibition and let it inspire your writing. Using a combination of close observation and guided writing exercises, participants will have an opportunity to respond through poetry, prose or creative non-fiction. Suitable for beginners or more experienced writers.

Laura McKenna is a writer of fiction and poetry. Her debut novel, Words to Shape My Name was published in 2021 by New Island. It was shortlisted for the Kerry Group, Irish Novel of the Year Award 2021, and was a winner at the 2020 Irish Writers Centre, Novel Fair.

Free but booking is essential, and numbers are limited.
