A visiting programme for individuals with dementia and their carers

Lonradh Visiting Programme First Wednesday of each month
Crawford Art Gallery offers free dedicated visits for older adults who may be experiencing memory problems.

View the treasure trove of drawings, paintings and sculptures held within our national collection, right here in Cork.

This is an opportunity to enjoy being present in ‘the moment’ with a friend, family member or carer; with a gentle tour led by a professional guide that focuses on companionship and enjoyment.

No particular knowledge or experience of art is required.

Lonradh sessions take place on the first Wednesday of each month from 2 pm –3.30 pm.

Light refreshments are provided, as well as space to respond creatively with a range of art materials.
