Voices From the Field / Guthanna ón nGort by Lisa Fingleton is a film which gives a powerful insight into the farming communities who work on the Dingle Peninsula (County Kerry). With humour, diligence, and passion the ten farming families provide an urgent overview of the real-time consequences of climate change and biodiversity loss, affecting our local ecosystems and our lives today.
Come and join the conversation with Lisa and some of the farmers who participated in Voices From the Field, facilitated by journalist and podcaster Ellie O’Byrne (Green Bites podcast).
Hear more about the process of making the film, co-created with the families as a way of not only marking their stories and experiences, but also enabling a wider audience to hopefully reconnect and learn about the land and the types of farming the families are engaged in.
